Co-founder of Butler & Stag with lifelong friend Michael, Neil’s passion to grow the company and exceed expectations remains as strong as ever. Proud of the brand he has helped create and the team he has assembled, Neil is very much involved in the day to day running of the business, spending most of his time within our Land & New Homes and Prime Office departments.
An expert negotiator, with a keen eye for opportunity, Neil has built an outstanding reputation as a prime property advisor and deal maker. He has a limitless network of contacts and is well known and respected within the property industry.
Michael set up Butler & Stag with best mate Neil Leahy back in 2012, having worked in the East London/City fringe property 2market since 1999. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, personally handling almost every scenario you could possibly imagine within the world of property. More recently he has excelled with site and land acquisitions for high net worth clients, or acting on behalf of land/site owners, providing guidance on how best to approach a disposal of their assets.
Michael now heads up the Land & New Homes department which is the most exciting and rapidly expanding arm of the Butler & Stag operation. On the odd occasion Michael isn’t found working out of the London or West Essex office, he will be acting as chauffer to one of his three children or spending quality time with his long suffering wife!
Starting his career in Bishops Stortford, Ted has been in the property industry since 2016. Born and raised in Epping Green, Ted has excellent knowledge of all things CM16. Joining us in 2019 as a sales consultant and then moving over to our Land & New Homes team in 2021 when we first launched the department at Butler & Stag. He has developed his skills in estate agency, always striving to improve and is now becoming an accomplished agent. He has strived in this department and has recently become our New Homes Manager. Ted's other passion is sports, if he isn't running around a football pitch on a Sunday morning, he can be found hacking his way around a golf course in the local area.
Born in Westminster and raised in Essex, Jamie brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the property industry that combines a passion for real estate with a commitment to building meaningful client relationships. His journey began in 2012 when he joined the field as a trainee lettings negotiator in Leytonstone, jumping straight into the property world right out of school. In 2020, Jamie embraced an exciting new direction, moving into world property development with a focus on land acquisitions. This transition allowed him to use his in-depth market knowledge in a broader, more strategic way, helping clients and investors identify and maximize development opportunities. When not immersed in property, Jamie loves spending time with his wife and son, enjoying the everyday moments. Outside of family life, he has a passion for sports, especially football and very rarely misses a chance to support his football team.
