Popular local estate agents Butler & Stag celebrated with a special event on Thursday 28th November at Theydon Bois Golf Club. The Theydon Bois office celebrated two years in the village and the anniversary was twinned with a Property Insight and networking evening.The event included presentations from Sirius Property Finance featuring developer and landlord products; Gepps Solicitors on stamp duty and land tax; Butler & Stag with a lettings overview and fees ban changes and MASS Reports update on planning policies.Complimentary drinks and canapes were served plus a raffle on behalf of Haven House Children's Hospice. All finished off with a cake to celebrate the second anniversary of the Theydon Bois branch of Butler & Stag.Neil Leahy, Director Land & New Homes at Butler & Stag said "We pride ourselves on being market leaders and this event was designed to inform and update on priority issues.
