It can't be denied that gentrification has changed the face of Bow over recent years, but it's also brought a uniqueness to the area, mixing the old with the new. Whether you're looking for a cheap eat or want to try something unusual, Bow has something to offer everyone. Here's our review on Pizza Brixton @ Bow restaurant who has recently opened its doors on Roman Road.Pizza Brixton @ Bow is an artisan pizza restaurant that churns out crisp-based pizzas from its stone oven, which also acts as a focal point in the traditionally styled Italian establishment. Most of their products and ingredients come from Puglia, a region in Southern Italy famous for its beautiful sceneries, but mostly with its excellent red wine and Olive oil. Fresh produce that just cant be found anywhere else. Like their frisa (soft but crunchy bread served with cherry tomatoes and rucola salad), their selection of wines and coffee, tomatoes, olive oil and flour. All ingredients are imported in, and all have been carefully selected for recipes to give you a true southern Italian experience. From my recent experience the Bow restaurant offers fast-casual dining with first class service, a wonderful homely atmosphere and is a welcomed addition to Roman Road.
