In a rare and novel move local estate agents Butler & Stag has set up a 'hub' to promote sales and lettings in the London E4 area, covering Chingford and Highams Park. Instead of having a base in the area, the 'hub' will work from the Butler & Stag HQ in Theydon Bois with huge on-line support and a new manager to safely guide clients through the process.Milo O'Neill has been headhunted to run the hub using his specialist knowledge and experience gained through 20 years of working in the trade. Milo, 51, lives in North Chingford with his wife Jenny and daughter Maisie who attends Chingford Foundation School.Milo moved from North London to Chingford 15 years ago. He said "We love being part of the local community here in Chingford, it has so much to offer. I am excited to lead the West Essex Hub into E4, particularly in these changing times."WHY E4?Lockdown has created an environment for people who want to move to gain more space, achieve better prices, enjoy good local schools and transport. Milo cut his teeth in the industry dealing with all aspects of buying, selling, landlords and renters. He is fully qualified and specialises in the legalities of lease issues and problem solving.Landmarks include the Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge, with links to royalty using the area for hunting in centuries gone by. The Epping Forest Visitor Centre is a unique addition to the Lodge. Near neighbour Butlers Retreat was originally a barn built in the mid-19th century. The Grade 11 listed building was refurbished as a Café in 2012. A granite obelisk at Pole Hill was erected in 1824 and is Chingford's highest point.Director Neil Leahy lived his youthful years in Chingford and also has strong links to E4.
